Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with any third parties or with regular IT Leader Members. Data you provide to support your application is only shared with our applicant validation and interview team.

How long we retain your data

Application and membership data is retained for the duration of your membership in IT Leader Masterminds and for a period of 1 year post membership.

What rights you have over your data

As a member of IT Leader Masterminds, you have full control over what data you choose to share with other members during discussions. All members agree to abide by Chatham House rules and if this agreement is broken we will immediately terminate membership. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Data submitted through our Google Application form are retained within our Discord server for membership administration purposes. No data is stored within this web platform.
