A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer group structured to help support and solve individually tough problems. There are many of these such groups world wide, but they often become entrepreneurial focused. ITLM provides the structure and space for IT leaders to posit, brainstorm, challenge, and tackle their biggest problems with leadership, development, strategy, or their career.
By interviewing and only accepting proven IT leaders who truly want to develop themselves and those of fellow group members, each fortnightly 1 hour round table session is truly valuable. This selectivity ensures that each meeting has a wide range of backgrounds, roles, industries, but relevant experience to learn, grown, discover how you can take the groups discussion and apply it to your life.
Over the last 3 years we established and tuned 10 ground rules and consistent meeting structure that has helped our members build the trust required to share and solve some of their largest problems.
We are not a tech-support group nor do we allow selling of anything to happen in the group.
We do use discord as our meeting platform and it enables us to have spaces for our members to discuss and share their support or disdain for vendors, tools, or products.
