A members company was undergoing a merger with a much larger multi-national and so they brought this as a topic for deep dive. During the meeting the group was able to understand the members goals and ask questions to help complete their view of the path forward. Open ended questions like “Who has the authority to make the final decision?” and “What aspects of your vision are you the least confident about?” created the space for the member to reflect and grow.
